Costa Rica is one of the happiest, laid back places in the world. People work hard here but are very happy and friendly. They’ll all smile and acknowledge you when they see you. Some people say that as they have no army, this makes them happy. The place is very peaceful. There’s the sunshine, wildlife, and of course, beautiful scenery. You could even decide to volunteer in Costa Rica, which will be a rewarding experience for both you and the people you help. You could teach English, get involved in construction work, and even help wildlife. There are so many choices.
Denmark has received high scores in studies due to its strong social support system, freedom to live how you like, and the low perceived government corruption. There are museums to explore, castles, towns, and bridges.
Australia has pretty much anything you could want. It has so many watersports, and gorgeous places like Whitehaven beach to practice them on. If you do decide to visit here, you can’t miss the Great Barrier Reef. Their motto is usually ‘Work hard play harder’. They encourage time off when it comes to their employees. The laid back culture and lifestyle are likely what makes them so happy. That, and the fact that it’s very sunny. Many people emigrate here, with good reason too.
